Connecticut College Women’s Cross Country: 4th of 13 @ James Earley Invitational

The Women’s Cross Country team rode up to Westfield, MA, for the James Early Invitational at Stanley Park, placing fourth out of 13. The team participated in the 5k race, with the pack being led by Abby Fernald ‘26, who placed 7th with a 19:04.3 timed finish. All 16 of Conn’s runners finished in the top 100 spots, including Juliet Provost ‘29 at 27th place, Brooke Law ‘28 at 32nd, Olivia Ferraro ‘26 at 35th, Annika Hegde ‘26 at 39th, and Lea Adelmann ‘28 at 40th to round out the top 40. The team showed off their depth and consistency all morning with strong performances across the board. With top-half performances in all of their meets this season, Women’s Cross Country is poised to follow up a stellar 2024 season with an even better 2025 slate.
